InvestaLearn aims to help millions of Filipinos to get into the stock market and be confident traders and investors. This can help improve their financial lives by connecting them to strong and high-value financial education.
Problem Statement
Investa has many learning resources, but these are placed on five different platforms.
User’s side: It makes it hard for users to navigate which platform they will use and keeps asking customer support.
Customer support’s side: Takes time for them to point on the right website since they still need to ask questions on what the users want to learn—a long and repetitive process.
